Background: formed in 1986 with the aim of Regenerating Darkley

Aims and Objectives: the regeneration of Darkley. Halt the decline of amenities and services within the local area. They have provided a new community centre and a new shop.

Initiatives to date: helping the community. Have provided a new community hall with a full computer suite. Educational Classes / out of school clubs. Mother and Toddler Groups / historical clubs and various other social events can take place there. Have arranged Discos for local children and teenagers, as well as trips for senior citizens.
