The RURALINKS project was designed and delivered by three partner organisations - Armagh Business Centre, Armagh College of Further and Higher Education and Armagh Confederation of Voluntary Groups and was funded by the European Programme for Peace and Reconciliation through the Rural Development Council.

The key aims of the project are to:

• Increase significantly the ICT skills of the rural community
• To develop a community website

The key themes of the project are:

• To promote equality of opportunity for all
• To target social need
• To encourage adults from rural communities to return to training and education
